Today, I take myself by the hand.
Today, I start something new... and try not to be terrified by doing so.
I have written during most (if not all) of the twenty-seven years of my life.
Only, up to now, I have mainly written for myself - little stories here, little poems/lyrics there. Some of them are even available on my other blogs.
Sometimes I can write every day, most times not at all for days, or even weeks at a time.
Of late, I have started to realise this is not enough. That it is not what I want.
So today, I am challenging myself : I want to see if I can write more than that. If I can write more often, too.
Today, I want to see if I can write a blog about "real things" (read: things that actually do happen to me) and feed it everyday to keep it alive... Or, actually, if I can give it a life in the first place!
So in here, I will talk about things I do, things I see, or things I think. Everyday. Until I am bored, or, more plausible, until everyone else is bored.
But maybe all will go well, and I will surprise myself, as well as you, dear reader.
After all, I do a lot of things, see a lot of things, and think even more things - which is, believe it or not, both a blessing and a curse.
I guess that is also one of the advantages of having more than one person in your head!
Yet I cannot help thinking this blog thingy is a very obnoxious thing for me to do. Hopefully it will, mainly, be fun though!
